Bishop Andrew McKenzie announced the following clergy changes on 13th February, 2026.
Mgr Kenneth McCaffrey will retire as parish priest of Ss Peter & Paul’s, Dundee. (from 13th February 2026).
Fr Andrew Marshall will leave his position as Administrator of St John Vianney, Alva to take up an appointment in the United States (from 16th February 2026).
Appointments:
Ss Peter & Paul’s, Dundee: Fr Malcolm Hutchison will be appointed Parish Priest at Ss Peter & Paul’s, Dundee.
Fr Malcolm Hutchison will be assisted at Ss Peter & Paul’s, Dundee by Fr Emmanuel Odeh (Diocese of Minna, Nigeria).
St John Vianney, Alva: Fr Emmanuel Obida (Diocese of Bauchi, Nigeria) will be appointed as Administrator of St John Vianney, Alva (from 16th February 2026).
St John the Baptist, Perth: Fr Yohanna Ishya (Diocese of Bauchi, Nigeria) will be appointed as assistant priest at St John the Baptist, Perth where he will assist parish priest Fr Louis Uwaezuoke (from 16th February 2026).
