Dundee’s St Andrew’s Cathedral was filled with prayer and song on Monday 23rd September 2025, as the Diocese of Dunkeld came together to celebrate its Annual Mass for Vocations.
The Mass was led by Bishop Andrew, joined by priests from across the diocese, as parishioners, religious communities, and school pupils gathered to pray for and support vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
This year’s celebration was hosted by St John’s High School, Dundee, whose staff and students offered a warm welcome to all who attended. The young people played an active role in the liturgy, reflecting the theme of encouraging the next generation to listen for God’s call.
The atmosphere in the Cathedral was one of joy and hope, as the diocesan family united in prayer for the future of the Church.
Francesca Forbes, Dunkeld’s Social Media Officer, was on hand to capture the highlights of the evening, sharing special moments that showed the richness of faith and community life in the diocese.
