The Birmingham Catholic Charismatic Renewal Conference is delighted to unveil an inspiring line-up of speakers and spiritual leaders for its 2026 gathering, taking place 10–14 August 2026 in Solihull.
Centred on the theme Return. Receive. Rejoice., this year’s conference invites you into a powerful encounter with God’s love—offering a transformative experience of worship, teaching, healing, and renewal in the Holy Spirit.
Keynote Speakers
Deacon Larry and Andi Oney
Internationally renowned, Deacon Larry Oney is a dynamic Catholic evangelist whose Spirit-filled preaching ignites faith, restores hope, and calls people into their God-given purpose. As founder of Hope and Purpose Ministries, he has travelled worldwide, helping countless individuals encounter the healing love of God and step confidently into mission. His engaging, Scripture-rooted teaching brings clarity, encouragement, and a renewed sense of identity in Christ.
Alongside him, Andi Oney is a gifted speaker and teacher known for her warmth, joy, and deep sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. Her ministry empowers people—especially women—to live with courage, freedom, and spiritual confidence. With a strong Marian devotion and a deeply personal approach, Andi invites participants into deeper prayer, inner healing, and a lived awareness of God’s presence in everyday life.
Terry Quinn
An international Bible teacher and author, Terry Quinn brings a bold and prophetic voice to Catholic evangelisation and discipleship. After three decades in Pentecostal-Evangelical ministry, his return to the Catholic Church has fuelled a passionate mission to renew faith in parishes across Ireland and beyond. As a member of the CHARIS leadership team—a Vatican-recognised service promoting Baptism in the Holy Spirit—Terry offers powerful, practical teaching for today’s Church.
Ros Powell
Ros Powell is a passionate pro-life advocate and Spiritual Director to Precious Life, the largest pro-life organisation in Northern Ireland. A seasoned speaker across Catholic and interdenominational settings, she brings a compelling message of faith, dignity, and the sanctity of life. Through her ministry and Life in the Spirit seminars, Ros inspires deeper conversion, healing, and commitment to living out the Gospel.
Spiritual Leadership
- Bishop Timothy Menezes, Auxiliary Bishop of Birmingham and Patron of the Conference, will celebrate the Opening Mass.
- Fr Eamonn Corduff, Conference Spiritual Director, will lead a Healing Service and celebrate the Closing Mass on the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
