Mgr Ken McBride retires

Bishop Stephen announced, “Our dear friend Mgr Provost Ken McBride has tendered his resignation from active ministry as parish priest of St Ninian’s, Dickson Avenue, Dundee. He will leave St Ninian’s in September/October this year.”

Bishop Stephen said, “He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed in St Ninian’s, but he has indicated that once he is ‘up and running’, following his recent operation, he will be open to supply wherever he can and perhaps even having another small pastoral role in the diocese in the future. We wish him well, and much peace and relaxation after a wonderful life of active priestly service.”
