Following from the decision by the Scottish Government not to close St Pius X Primary School, Bishop Andrew McKenzie said:
“The Diocese of Dunkeld welcomes the decision of the Scottish Government not to close St. Pius X Primary School, Douglas, Dundee. The diocese wishes to thank members of the school community, teachers, parents and pupils, for their support for the school and their commitment to Catholic education in Dundee.”
“The diocese will continue to work constructively with Dundee City Council for the good of all our schools.”
