Bishop Stephen also thanked Frankie McGuire for his years of work with the Dunkeld Youth Service. “Following Frankie McGuire’s resignation as Youth Coordinator for the Diocese, I have decided to appoint Samuel Alabi MSP as Director of Youth Formation in the Diocese. Frankie will be returning to full-time teaching of Religious Education in St John’s Academy, Perth, and we wish him every blessing and good wish as he makes this transition back to school. ”
