SS Leonard & Fergus, Dundee and St Columba, Kirkton
St Columba’s Social Committee: We are organising a Harvest Lunch in the church hall to be held on Friday 30th October 2026 1pm to 3pm with tickets costing £5.00 each. Any profit made will be donated to Mary’s Meals. We have invited Claire from Mary’s Meals and after lunch there will be a film about the great work that the charity does, and Claire will also give a small talk after the film. We hope you will support the event which is for such a worthwhile cause.
Ecumenical Service: Together with Craigowl Church and St Mary’s Community Church, we will have an ecumenical service in SS Leonard and Fergus Church on Friday, 30th October at 6pm.

St Vincent de Paul Cosy Coat Appeal – Following weeks from end of September to 14th October 2027. It’s time for everyone to check their wardrobes. We are looking for everyone to help the community by donating any unwanted coats, so that everyone can be warm this coming winter: men’s, women’s and children’s needed.
St Mungo, Alloa
Marian Procession: Normally, we would have had a procession in honour of Our Lady in May, but for various reasons this didn’t happen this year. October is the month of the holy rosary, and so on Sunday 11th October at 3 p.m. we will have a Marian procession, with rosary and benediction.
St Fillan, Crieff and St Margaret, Comrie
Coffee in the Kitchen: Our next informal gathering after Mass for tea, coffee and biscuits will take place on Sunday 4th October. All are welcome to participate, share, and enjoy, as it is a way of bringing the parish community together. Please, do come along. Many thanks to those volunteers who provide the items.
St Fergus, Forfar and St Anthony, Kirriemuir
Rev Deacon Ian Gordon RIP: Aileen and family thank those who attended Benediction and the Memorial Mass for Deacon Ian Gordon. The Service was conducted on Thursday by Father Dijo, assisted by Deacon Bert Miller. A ‘eulogy’ was provided by Bert and a period of reflection with tea, coffee and biscuits was held in the back room afterwards.
