Members attending a recent study day at the St Ninian Institute, Dundee, followed an intensive programme led by Dr Birute Brigitte, lecturer in Catechetics at the Maryvale Institute in Birmingham.
Fr Tom Shields Tom addressed ‘Christology and Ecclesiology’ for students in the first year.
Fr Gerald Sharkey gave lecture of Patrology and Trinity for students of Year III. Deacon Stephen Morgan gave an ‘Introduction to Liturgy’ for students of Year II and Maryvale’s Dr Birute Briliute led the session of research project ‘Oral Presentation’ for Year IV students.
The study day ended with Mass celebrated with Fr Tom Shields and Fr Gerald Sharkey in St Joseph’s Chapel, Lawside.
St Ninian Institute principal, Mr David Meiklejohn, thanked all for their contributions to the successful day.
