Joining in a nationwide #RosaryontheCoast, parishioners in Dunkeld’s coastal parishes gathered in the church garden at St Thomas’s, Arbroath, at the Shrine of Mary, Star of the Sea, with Bishop Stephen Robson to recite the Five Glorious Mysteries for Peace around the World, for Respect for Life and Faith.
Parish priest, Fr Michael Carrie welcomed parishioners not only from the town of Arbroath, but also from St Bride’s, Monifieth, St Anne’s, Carnoustie, St Margaret’s Montrose, St Columba’s, Cupar, St Ninian’s, Brechin, St Stephen’s, Blairgowrie, Ss Peter and Paul’s, Dundee, St Ninian’s and St Clement’s Dundee and St John the Baptist, Perth.
The short service concluded with a prayer to St Joseph, Patron of the Universal Church.
